Augusta, GA · Richmond County & the CSRA

Rooted in the Augusta Community

Augusta is our primary market — the place we know best and where most of our work happens. This page is about how we fit into the community we buy houses in.

Why Augusta

Augusta is not one of our markets. It is the market.

We buy houses across Richmond County and the CSRA — from Summerville and Harrisburg to Hephzibah and Blythe, and across the river on the South Carolina side.

Buying houses well means knowing the difference between a brick ranch off Windsor Spring Road and a century home in Summerville — and knowing that a military family relocating from Fort Eisenhower is on a different clock than an estate settling a parent's home. That knowledge only comes from working here, consistently.

It also means the money behind each purchase stays connected to the area. The closing attorney, the contractors, the title company — the professionals who make a sale happen are Augusta-area professionals.

Who we work alongside

The Augusta professionals behind every purchase

A direct home sale is never a one-company job. These are the kinds of Augusta-area professionals involved in the work we do.

Closing attorneys & title companies

Georgia is an attorney-closing state, so every purchase we make runs through a licensed closing attorney or title company here in the Augusta area. They handle the title search, deed transfer, and disbursement — the part of the process that protects you.

Contractors & trades

When we buy a house that needs work, that work is done by people who live and work here. Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting in the Augusta area is where renovation budgets go.

Agents & property managers

Some houses we look at are better served by a listing, and some sellers are better served by a property manager than a sale. When that is the case, we say so and point you toward a professional who fits.

Community organizations

As we grow in Richmond County and across the CSRA, we are looking for ways to give back — sponsorships, volunteer efforts, and partnerships with organizations doing good work in the area.

Partners & sponsorships

Want to work with us in Augusta?

We are building our partner and community network in the Augusta area, and we would rather grow it through real relationships than directories.

If you run a business that touches housing in Richmond County or the CSRA — a contractor, a title company, a property manager, a moving company, a nonprofit — and you think there is a way to work together, we want to hear from you.

The same goes for community organizations. If your team, event, or cause is looking for a sponsor or a volunteer hand, reach out and tell us about it.

As these relationships grow, we will name the partners we work with right here on this page — because a recommendation only means something when it is attached to a real name.
