Her Vision
She saw what real estate could build for a family.
My wife, Kierra, wanted to build a real estate business. Not as a side idea she talked about — she did the work. She researched it, planned it, and took the first real steps to get it started, because she believed property was how a family builds something durable.
She was also fighting breast cancer, and her health declined faster than any of us expected. She wasn’t able to see the business through herself. What she left behind wasn’t an unfinished idea — it was a clear vision of what she wanted this to become, and who she wanted it to serve.
My Commitment
I chose to carry it forward.
I’m Charles, the founder of King’s Key Investments and the person building this company today. I already had experience and working knowledge in real estate investing, and I shared the same vision she did — we had talked about it, planned around it, and wanted the same thing for our family.
So rather than starting something separate under my own name, I picked up where she left off. I’m continuing and rebuilding the journey she began, with the same intent behind it. Every property we evaluate and every homeowner we work with is part of a business she started.

Between the two of us we were King and Key — which is where the name King’s Key Investments comes from. The company carries both of us because the vision belonged to both of us. What we’re building here is meant to outlast us: an asset, an example, and a foundation our children and the generations after them can build on.
She dreamed it. She started it. I chose to continue it. Now we build it for our family, and for everyone who comes after us.
